The Wedding Website of Brittany Klappert and Fordyce Lux
There's lots to do in and around Salida whether you like the snow or not! There are lots of accommodation options in the downtown Salida area as well as in the surrounding mountains. Our recommendation for a stay that includes access to tons of quintessential Colorado activities is the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort, located 25 minutes North of Salida in Nathrop, CO or you could stay at one of the nice locally owned motels near downtown Salida.

Flight

Denver International Airport

DIA is the largest and most convenient airport to fly directly into in Colorado from around the country. It is an additional 2.5 hour drive southwest from DIA to Salida. Renting a 4-wheel drive/all wheel drive vehicle may be a good idea, as the weather in Colorado in February can be quite unpredictable.
