Question

So where exactly are you getting married?

Answer

On our farm! We were thrilled to finally buy land in 2022 and knew immediately that we wanted to have our wedding there. We've been hard at work in our first farming season and we can't wait to share everything we've done with all of you.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of hotels near your farm, what are some other options?

Answer

Fortunately, we're not too far from some great hotels in Middletown, Cromwell and Rocky Hill (Inn at Middletown, Marriott and Sheraton), and one okay-ish place in Portland (Solano Inn). If you're feeling ambitious (or you just don't want to drive home) you're welcome to camp on the farm! We do ask that you wait until after dinner to set up your tent and remain in your party clothes ;)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're getting snazzy for the day and we encourage you to do that same! But we are getting married outdoors on a farm so we do recommend leaving the stilettos at home this time.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Besides our super fun wedding we have an informal 'continental' brunch planned on Sunday morning, come enjoy some locally-made pastries and hang out with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 5pm, plan to arrive a bit before then to park and meander your way across the farm to where we're getting married. We have a long driveway where you can park, but please follow the directions of our brothers who are helping to organize all the parking.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our catering will be entirely vegetarian with plenty of vegan and gluten-free options as well, if you have any other food allergies or dietary restrictions please let us know so we can inform our caterer.

Should I bring the kiddo(s)?

Answer

We're asking folks to leave the kiddos at home this time. If you've ever seen Brittany high-kick on the dance floor then you know it's no place for littles. 😜
