WHAT IF I ALREADY BOOKED MY HOUSE LAST YEAR?

Answer

If you already booked a home at Woodloch Springs, your reservations will automatically be pushed to our wedding date this year (same idea - if you booked Thursday - Sunday, your reservations will still be held.) Woodloch will send an update on room rates for 2021 as soon as they're released. The wedding is now on Columbus Day Weekend, 2021 - so you now can extend your weekend through Monday if you wish to take advantage of the holiday weekend!

HOW DO I BOOK A HOUSE AT WOODLOCH SPRINGS?

Answer

Woodloch provides our guest special rates at the houses at Woodloch Springs. Each bedroom can accommodate 2 adults (+children) and has a private bathroom. Kitchens and living areas will be shared by other wedding guests staying in your house. The houses range from 2-5 bedrooms. If you have other guests you would like to be placed with, please let them know. Transportation to and from the wedding will be provided. Reservations can be made by calling Woodloch directly at 1-800-966-3562, option 1 for Woodloch Pines, then option #5 for wedding accommodations. Mention Borrelli-Howse wedding. Rates for houses at Woodloch Springs are shown below and are per bedroom, per night. Meals mentioned in the schedule of events as well as taxes and gratuities are included. You will also be given an activity bracelet and have access to Woodloch's many amenities. All meals not provided. Thurs, Oct 7th: $200.90 Fri, Oct 8th: $287.27 Sat, Oct 9th: $287.27

To reserve your accommodations, please call 800-966-3562 option 1 for Woodloch Pines, then option 5 for Wedding Accommodations. Make sure you mention the Borrelli-Howse wedding. HOW ARE THE HOUSES ASSIGNED?

Answer

Woodloch will hold 4 and 5 bedroom Guest Homes for our guests to reserve. There may be 2 and 3 bedroom Guest Homes available but on a limited basis. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The living space is shared with family and friends. You may feel free to arrange a group to stay with and book a full house, or Woodloch will work with Brittany and Jenna to place you in a house with other wedding guests.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE GUEST HOMES...

Answer

Each house is completely ready upon arrival. The beds are made and there are towels in each bathroom. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Housekeeping will start you with a packet or two of coffee, some soap for the dishwasher, a roll of paper towels and tissues, toilet paper and shampoo & conditioner in each bathroom. All homes have a full kitchen, iron & ironing board, coffeemaker, multiple televisions, combo VHS/DVD player, washer & dryer, gas fireplace, gas grill and complimentary WiFi access. There is one rollaway bed in each home.

WHAT ARE THE ROOM RATES?

Answer

Guest Home rates are per bedroom per night, including taxes and service charge. Meals are not included. Thursday night: $200.00 Friday & Saturday nights: $287.27

WHAT IS THERE TO DO AT WOODLOCH RESORT?

Answer

Within our guest house complex is an indoor pool with a hot tub, golf course, and gym. Our guest houses are located a 5 minute drive away from the Woodloch Pines. At the Pines you can participate in over 30 activities daily including go-karts, boating, ziplining, archery, indoor splash pad, indoor playground, shows, and much more! All guests receive a bracelet at check-in that gives you access to all of the activities.

I WANT TO BRING MY CHILDREN FOR SOME FUN AT WOODLOCH, BUT KNOW THAT THE WEDDING IS ADULTS ONLY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Answer

Woodloch has a number of background checked and trained babysitters! They can watch your children at your guest house, or take them to do lots of fun Woodloch activities. Babysitting is $11 per hour plus an additional $1.00 per child. Guests can call the front desk to make arrangements 570-685-8000 at least 48 hours in advance.

CAN I GOLF? I KNOW WOODLOCH HAS AN AMAZING COURSE!

Answer

Of course! We'd love for you take advantage of everything Woodloch has to offer. If you'd like to golf, we recommend coming down Thursday before the weekend activities begin. You can also book some tee time on Friday AM or on Sunday before you head out. If you call ahead, you can get discounted pricing if you mention the Borrelli-Howse wedding!

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WOODLOCH SPRINGS, WOODLOCH PINES AND THE LODGE AT WOODLOCH?

Answer

Woodloch Springs are the guest homes located on the golf course. This is where the majority of our wedding guests will be staying for the weekend. Woodloch Pines is the main resort location (2mi from the Springs) where you can book single hotel rooms right on the lake. The Lodge at Woodloch is an award winning spa (located 2 minutes from from the springs) with lavish lodging if you choose to go all out.
