Texas is a very car-centric State. If you plan to arrive early or stay later in the week to explore, we highly recommend renting a car for more freedom. Almost everything is at least a 20 to 35-minute drive away and the Uber fees can really rack up.

Many of the hotels in the historic Stockyards are going to be more expense because the wedding is in the middle of rodeo season in Fort Worth. If the hotel prices jump, there are several affordable AirBnBs in the area to check out.
