We’re gettin’ hitched!

John Wayne and Bri first met during a Ky Natl Guard mission to Washington, D.C. during spring of 2021. Shortly after returning home that April, they began to hang out quite often (everyday after they returned home to be exact). John met Bri's family immediately when he rode over on the motorcycle one evening, and Bri met John's family throughout the following months. Their unofficial "first third" date was at the Calvert City drive-in one evening in May. Shortly after on May 12 around 9:00 p.m. in the Walmart parking lot, John asked Bri to be his girlfriend. The pair were inseparable and deployed overseas together in 2022. Upon returning home, Bri and John went to New York to see Phantom of the Opera on Broadway with a couple friends. After the show on a Friday night in January, the group went to Top of the Rock. Bri was oblivious (as usual) and just thought they were going to admire some night views. Little did she know, John had planned to propose (with the help of Savannah & Zac). He proposed, she said yes, and the rest is history!
