Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 4th.

Question

What precautions are in place for safety of guests attending in light of COVID-19?

Answer

We have worked diligently with our vendors to ensure that the safest possible situation is put in place. Hand sanitizer stations will be available. Guests are welcome to bring and wear masks if they'd like, but we are not requiring them to attend. All food will be served by attendants or in individual dishes to reduce any possible contamination of food. Seating will be more spaced out than normal to help increase the comfort and safety of guests. If you have concerns, please contact us so we can clarify any questions! IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID OR ARE NOT FEELING WELL IN THE WEEK PRIOR, PLEASE GET TESTED AND DO NOT ATTEND. We promise we will understand. Your health and safety is a priority for us!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please see the Registry tab of our website!

Question

What are the NY State Guidelines?

Answer

NY State Guidelines and travel recommendations can be found at: https://coronavirus.health.ny.gov/home Presently, the wedding is being hosted in Steuben County, which is in Phase Four of the reopening plan and is permitted to hold gatherings of 50 people, which is within the expected guest list.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire please. The entire wedding will be outdoors, so it should be nice and comfortable, but feel free to bring layers and an extra pair of dancing shoes so you can party with us all night!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking located two houses away from us at Calvin U Smith Elementary School at no charge. Signs will be posted.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see our travel and accommodations page! We have a block of rooms reserved for Friday night and Saturday night for our guests at two hotels.
