What is a Muggle?

In J. K. Rowling's Harry Potter series, a Muggle (/ ˈ m ʌ ɡ əl /) is a person who lacks any sort of magical ability and was not born in a magical family. Muggles can also be described as people who do not have any magical blood inside them.

Are kids invited?

We love your kids—we really do. But we are only able to accommodate a few that are in the bridal party and are immediate family.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. We would love to include all your plus ones but our small budget told us we can't.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi formal, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Can we wear costumes?

Answer

If you or your guests are avid Harry Potter fans we welcome any costume. So go ahead and get your house colors, Hogwarts robes, Deatheater tattoos, wands at the ready and out with your brooms! Please remember to wear something comfortable that you can dance the night away in!
