When should I RSVP?

Answer

February 1st, 2025 You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by February 1st we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as 'not attending.

Only names that were stated on the invitation are to attend. We would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

I don't have an international cell phone plan. What do I do?

Answer

Download offline maps of Tulum so you can walk around and feel comfortable doing so. Download WhatsApp before arrival. Many services in Mexico communicate with WhatsApp. Wi-Fi will be available at the hotel.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors Mexico is hot this time of year. In the evening, a nice breeze is sometimes present. Be prepared for anything. :)

Can I bring my kids?

We love your children, but due to space constraints and safety restrictions, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Yes, the wedding block is at Ahau. If you don't see any rooms available at Ahau, there are sister hotels for which we have a 10% discount code you can use when you checkout. Go to the travel page of our website for more information.

We chose Ahau because of the wide variety of activities they offer. Stop by the front desk and check to see what is available. • Yoga at 9:00 am (ocean view) / included for guests • Aerial Silks Lessons / 35 USD daily (book at lucidaerials.com) • Mayan Temazcal Ceremony / $1800 MXN pp Thursdays or private (min of 4) • Full/New Moon & Cacao Ceremony / $700 MXN pp every other 2 weeks • Massages or Spa services • Romantic dinners by the beach (one day of notice) • Tours to beautiful cenotes, archeological sites, Sian Ka’an Reserve • Restaurant recommendations and reservations • Regular Bike rental / 18 USD per 24 hours • Scooter Rental / 60 USD per 24 hours • Water sports at hotel • Watersports, Yoga, Bike rentals, Temazcal, Massages, Meditation, and Ice Baths
