For those who are interested in taking a day trip, Napa Valley is just under 2 hours from San Jose. A great spot for great wine, beautiful views and a famous Calistoga mud bath. If you don’t want to drive all the way to Napa, check out a full day tour departing from San Francisco. One option is linked here.
