Where can I park for the ceremony?
Answer
Mission Santa Clara is located on the Santa Clara University campus so there's no parking directly adjacent. We recommend parking at the Commerce Plaza (900 Lafayette St. Santa Clara, CA 95050) parking lot, entrance located at 958 Homestead Rd. Santa Clara, CA 95050 for the shortest walk. However, there are no parking restrictions on weekends so feel free to use one of the parking structures if you don't mind a longer walk (Main Parking Structure: GPS location https://maps.app.goo.gl/Yjsmi97vWHWZS3tA7)

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes early to give yourself time to park and get to your seat.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We would love for you to be in the moment with us in an unplugged ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the moment with plenty of pictures. We ask that guests hold all pictures until after the ceremony.

My GPS says the reception venue is in the middle of nowhere. Is that right?
Answer
It sure is! The father of the bride has generously lent us his beautiful home in the New Almaden Valley, somewhat ironically located on a hill side. If it seems like you're in the middle of nowhere, away from a wedding venue, you're probably going to the right place!

Is this an outdoor venue?
Answer
The ceremony will be indoors at mission Santa Clara. The reception will be outdoors under some shady oak trees. There will be a hard-surface dance floor. We recommend bringing a jacket or sweater for the evening (I know we're in California, but it gets chilly in the hills!). We'd also suggest women avoid stiletto heals given the terrain.

Will there be restrooms on site?
Answer
The comfort of our guests is our number 1 priority. We feel so grateful that you've dedicated the time, energy and money to come celebrate this milestone with us. Though this is a non-traditional venue, there will be restrooms on site :)

Answer
Yes, there will be light appetizers and drinks available during cocktail hour.
