We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Please do not ask to bring a plus 1. Only those who are included on your virtual invitation is who you are allowed to bring. If the person on your invitation and you split up before the wedding that does not entitle you to replace them with someone of your choosing.
The dress code for our wedding is formal. We ask that you wear dark colors if possible and NO jeans & t-shirts. Take this as an opportunity to get dressed up!
We are limiting the amount of children in attendance. If your child is not on an invitation, we are asking that they do not attend. We're expecting the alcohol to be flowing & and music to be loud. We think it's best that it's just older children and adults. Get a baby sitter and enjoy the evening!
OF COURSE! We will be having a Chicago inspired menu throughout the evening (Deep Dish Pizza!!) as well as dessert, and plenty of alcohol. (We will do our best to accommodate any dietary needs)
There is no parking lot at the venue itself, but Homer Street and surrounding streets have plenty of free parking. Alternatively, we recommend you car pool to the event and then Uber from a paid lot/hotel or the CTA which has a stop 1 ½ blocks away.
Uh, YES! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #breastdayever so we can keep track of all of your pictures. But PLEASE keep your phones away during our ceremony. Our photographer has that covered.
As of right now, all guests are required to wear a mask during the entirety of our event (except while eating, drinking, etc.) We are also asking for guests to be fully-vaxed for the safety of everyone at the event. Though this is not a requirement we would appreciate it!
