She Said Yes!

"After a couple weeks of talking using his best lines, Jon finally convinced Emily to meet him. Jon waited outside anxiously while Emily parked. As she approached they both noticed the nervousness in each other. Introducing themselves for the first time, each realizied this was the beginning of something very special.

After their first encounter Jon knew she was the one for him. But being the ultra proactive punctual person he is, about 4 years passed. On July 17 2016 he finally got the nerve to pop the question on a family trip to North Carolina. With the help of some awsome family members a simple but beautiful beach spot was prepared with a heart outline in the sand and a shell box with a ring in the center. As Jon and Emily reached the spot after an early morning walk on the beach, he said "oh wow! what's that over there!?" She responded "who knows, I'm tired, why'd you wake me up so early on vacation?" After some convincing they went to check it out. She slowly opened the shell box as he started his proposal. Jon immediately blacked out. With no recollection of the event he hopes it sounded as romantic as he planned. Luckily Emily was also completely shocked. Destracted from the actual proposal by processing what was happening, she didn't remember much either. They both came to as she shouted "YES! Of corse I will!" Jon breathed a long awaited sigh of relief.
