Explore San Gimignano
San Gimignano is an Italian hill town in Tuscany, southwest of Florence. Encircled by 13th-century walls, its old town centers on Piazza della Cisterna, a triangular square lined with medieval houses. The town center is just a short walk from Villa Palagetto.

Wine Tasting
San Gimignano is right in the heart of Tuscany and surrounded by amazing wine! Vernaccia di San Gimignano is what they are known for. A few vineyards that have been recommended to us for tastings: Cesani, Tenute Montagnani, Palagione, and Vagnoni. More in the Chianti Classico region are Poggio al Bosco and Poggio al Sole (and about 1 million more!).

Recently recommended by my cousin who visited Tuscany. Enjoy a hot air balloon ride over the Tuscan countryside - not for the faint of heart but looks incredible.

A cooking class for a small group can be arranged at Villa Palagetto - just reach out ahead of time to arrange. There are also quite a few other tours/classes in the area - we haven't done any of these but they have great reviews.
Explore Florence
Make sure you catch the sunset at Piazzale Michelangelo, see David in the Galleria dell'Accademia, wander the Ponte Vecchio, and have gelato near the Duomo.
