We met when I was working at Walgreens. He was a regular in my store, and he came in almost everyday before work. We met my first day on the job, in April, and it was love at first sight (for me anyways). We formed a close friendship over the years, and one day we decided, "Hey, let's give a relationship a shot!". From the very beginning of our relationship, we've always said "If this is to be a success, let's make it epic. But if this is to be a fail, let's make it an epic fail!". And boy has it been an epic journey these last 3 years.

On February 7th, 2023, Brad suggested we go to a jewelry store to look at, well, jewelry of course! Since this was a semi-normal occurrence, I went into the store not thinking I would walk out that day, engaged. We walked around looking at necklaces, earrings, really anything shiny that caught my eye. Then he suggested I look at some rings. After looking at a few rings, I found one I absolutely loved. I turned to him and said "I love this ring, I think we should put it on a wish list or something." He then responded "Well how about you wear it out today?" I looked at him with a questioning look and he said "Will you marry me?". Of course I said yes!
