The shuttle for the Welcome Party will run from the JW Marriott starting at 7pm and return guests to the JW Marriott at 9:30pm from Dolores But You Can Call me Lolita Restaurant.

Wedding Day Shuttle Services

June 24, 2023 5:45 pm - 1:30 am

Ceremony Transportation: There will be 3 shuttles taking guests to the Cathedral of Saint Mary from the JW Marriott hotel starting at 5:30 PM. If you are planning on taking the shuttle, please make sure you are ready in front of the JW Marriott entrance by 5:30 PM. Reception Transportation: After the ceremony concludes at the Cathedral of Saint Mary, guests can take the 3 shuttle buses to the reception at Rusty Pelican. Post-Reception Transportation: There will be 2 shuttle buses taking guests from Rusty Pelican to JW Marriot on a rolling basis starting at 11:30 PM. The last bus will leave at 1:30 AM.

We have booked 60 rooms at the JW Marriott starting Friday, June 23 through Sunday, June 25 at a promotional rate. Please click on the "View" button below to access the booking website. The bride and groom as well as their families will be staying at the JW. Please email Alex at bouchereaualexandra@gmail.com or text at 786-521-1575 if you are unable to book a room. We will be adding more rooms as needed. The JW will serve as the anchor location for shuttle services that will run on Friday and Saturday for the Welcome Party and Wedding. The hotel is complete with a British-styled pub on the lobby level, a casual al fresco restaurant overlooking Brickell Avenue for lunch or dinner, and the elegant light-filled Isabela’s for breakfast. Guests can also enjoy the open-air pool on the 7th floor as well as the full-service Salus Spa. Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami

The Hyatt is another lodging option for guests that is a 3-minute walk from the JW Marriot hotel. This hotel does not have a wedding room block, so feel free to book online or through the hotel directly.

MIA is recommended given its close proximity to the Miami-Brickell area. Taxis/Ubers rides from the airport are a quick 15-20 minutes from downtown.

Worth taking a look at flights that fly into FLL. Sometimes they are cheaper than MIA!
