Downtown Los Gatos
You can easily spend an afternoon walking around Downtown Los Gatos. There are tons of fun shops and good bites. Pop into the Los Gatos Roasting Company for a cappuccino and watch the people stroll by, or head over to the Town Park Plaza on Sunday to enjoy the farmers market.
Los Gatos Creek Trail
This hike takes about 2-3 hours and the trailhead is located just minutes from our venue. Heading south on the trail, you will climb a dirt path to a lovely vista which looks out on the city. If you would like a less challenging stroll, just head north. The paved path will follow the Los Gatos Creek and eventually take you to Lake Vasona, a great place to picnic or just take in the view.
Los Gatos Cafe Uptown
This is our absolute FAVORITE place to have brunch and was also a stop on the day of the proposal. I highly recommend ordering one of their scrambles and don't skip the Giant Cinnamon Roll!
Beque Korean Grill
San Jose is a great place to find many delicious Asian cuisines. Beque has a nice, non-intimidating atmosphere. Our favorites are the all you can eat bulgogi and pork belly!
Santa Cruz Beach
It may be a bit too cold for a swim, but with just a 30 minute drive through the Santa Cruz mountains, you can dip your toes in the Pacific Ocean. Grab a bite on the pier or downtown. Then head over to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk for a fun little amusement park with a great view.
Rocks Blow Dry Bar
Ladies, if you feel like spoiling yourself with a blowout for the wedding day, this is the place to go! Rocks Blow Dry Bar is located about 1.5 miles from our hotel block. Make an appointment in advance because they do get busy on the weekends!
San Francisco
What's a trip to the bay area without crossing over the Golden Gate Bridge? San Francisco is just a 1 hour drive north and would make an excellent addition to your visit if you're looking to extend your stay.
Monterey Bay Aquarium
Another great day trip is just an hours drive south. Be sure to say hi to the sea otters for us!

If your looking to get the wine country experience but can't make the drive to Napa, Mountain Winery can help. With beautiful views and flavorful wine, you're sure to have a good time.
