Nicky is Lexi’s oldest sister and Godmother. Nicky is also the inspiration behind Lexi’s middle name. Lexi and Nicky are often known as a “copy and paste” of one another. They both have partners who are pilots and have tough outer shells with marshmallows insides. One of Lexi’s favorite memories with Nicky is when Ashley, Nicky and Lexi would spend time around the kitchen island at the house on Parrot. Nicky currently resides in Peosta, Iowa with her husband, Jeff, and their son, Jacob.

Jeremiah is Lexi’s brother-in-law. When Jeremiah asked Lexi's sister, Ashley, to marry him, he inadvertently got a "buy one wife get one free" deal due to the closeness of the sisters' relationship. Jeremiah has even woken up with Lexi snuggled up in bed next to Ashley and him, which is why Jeremiah was extremely overjoyed when Lexi finally brought Anthony home and their bromance began.
