Sunriver Resort

Sunriver is full of biking trails to take you to and from the Deschutes river, trails, restaurants and breweries. There is a spa, swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis, golf, horseback riding, pickleball. Our favorite food spots are: Sunriver Lodge, Sunriver Brewery, Cafe Sintra, Hola, Blondie's Pizza.

Bend

The town of Bend is the heart of Central Oregon, about 15 min north of Sunriver. Our favorite eats are at: Rancher Butcher Chef, Wildrose, El Sancho Tacos, The Podski Food trucks, Sparrow Bakery, and Lemontree. Bend is known as Beer town USA . You can hit a few spots on the Bend Ale Trail. Our favorites are Crux Brewery and Boneyard Brewery. Oregon is known for its wine in the Willamette valley, there are a few satellite wineries in town: Stoller and Bledsoe Winery.

Deschutes River

Lots of hiking, , kayaking, paddle boarding, world class fly fishing and waterfalls. Not far from Sunriver is Benham and Dillon falls.

Crater Lake National Park

Crater Lake National Park is only 2 hours away from Sunriver. Pending weather, it will be well worth the visit if you are staying for an extended weekend.

Smith Rock State Park

Enjoy breathtaking scenic views of deep river canyons, rock climbing, hiking and mountain biking trails. Many wildlife viewing opportunities including: golden eagles, prairie falcons, mule deer, river otter and beavers. Smith Rock State Park is just a few miles form the airport, perfect for viewing on your way in or out of town.

Mount Bachelor

The big attraction at almost 10,000 feet. Hiking trails, mountain lakes, and rivers. Pending weather, the Cascade Lakes Highway should be open and you will get scenic mountain and lake views.

A modern butcher counter and tasting room partnered with local ranching communities to offer some of the best food in Bend. Don't miss this one!

Deschutes Brewery Bend Public House

The oldest craft brewer in Bend - famous for greatest hits like Mirror Pond Pale Ale and Black Butte Porter.
