Sam and Sandhya met as high schoolers at Oregon Episcopal School (OES). The exact dates remain hotly debated, but safe to say they hit it off!

Sam and Sandhya both attended Kenyon College in rural Ohio.

Sam and Sandhya were in Portland working and learning how to be adults. They lived in Beaverton (aka the tron) with their big fluffy dog Leo.

Sandhya wanted to put her neuroscience degree to good use, and Sam secretly wanted to leave Portland, but was going to need a nudge. The perfect opportunity came about for Sandhya to join at Vicarious AI in SF. Sam soon followed, joining Skillz shortly thereafter. Together they live in a beloved, if sometimes too small, loft in SOMA.

After much research and planning and rescheduling, Sam and Sandhya headed to New York for a friend's birthday. Little did Sandhya know that some of the wedding party had been invited to a secret dinner after a surprise proposal. Good news - she said yes! And to top it off, we got some great pictures from a random jogger "Jude" who was passing by.

These days, Sam and Sandhya split their time between San Francisco, Portland, and Tahoe.
