What time and where are the Friday activities?
Answer
Golf - Charlevoix country club. Tee times start at 10 am and are every 10 minutes Sailing - 222 Bridge Park Drive, please arrive at 11:15, the boat will leave at 11:30 Rafting - 311 N Lake Street, East Jordan at Jordan Valley Outfitters, please arrive at 11:30, rafts will leave at noon Mushroom house tour - 106 Park Avenue, tour will start at 11

How do we get to the VanWieren house for the pig roast??
Answer
It’s a little tricky but we have faith in you!! Turn off M66 in to the lake shore club association (blue and white sign). Go down the hill and veer right at the fork, street sign says lake shore court. Continue to head for the water. At your first opportunity take a right. We are the last house on the street. Blue house, white chimney!

Wedding Ceremony and Reception Castle Farms - Black Tie Optional Welcome Dinner - The Charlevoix Yacht Club Cocktail - Yachting Attire suggested Pig Roast - Casual Wine Tour - Casual Chic I Do BBQ - Very Casual - Feel free to bring a swim suit and towel Friday Activity Day - Activity appropriate High Tea at the the Charlevoix Library - Wear your high tea outfit with a Derby hat, be prepared to paint -aprons provided. Brunch - Casual

What if I need to change my RSVP?

We really would appreciate if you let us know that your plans have unexpectedly have changed and you can no longer attend events you had previously thought you would be able to make!! Please call Betsy at 517-290-5122 or email betsykenwedding@gmail.com!

Do I need to be on time to the Events?
Answer
Yes, Please arrive on time to these events. Wine Tour (bus will leave at 12) Welcome Dinner ( cocktails 6pm-7pm, sit down dinner at 7pm) Wedding ( Ceremony will start at 3pm, arrive by 2:45pm) However, following events are open houses. Pig Roast (8/17 6pm-9pm) Water Activities and I do BBQ (8/18 4pm-9pm, dinner will start at 6pm) Sunday Brunch (8/21 11am-2pm)

ARE KIDS INVITED?
Answer
While we love little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. Kids are invited to the Pig Roast, Please let us know if you plan to bring your children.

What hotels are the VanWierens providing transportation for?
Answer
The Earle, Weathervane Inn, Edgewater, Pointes North Inn, Americinn, Charlevoix Inn and Suites, Charlevoix House, and Bridge Street Inn
