Question

How should I dress?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses, a suit and tie or a sports coat. For the ladies, there will be a mechanical bull, so please dress comfortably and feel free to bring along some spandex/shorts for underneath dresses should you wear one.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Starting at 3pm, weather is expected to be semi warm, late 70s to low 80s, but will cool down to 65 degrees come 6pm. We suggest you dress light and maybe bring a jacket come night fall. - Keep in mind, this will be a completely outdoor open air event.

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

We Love kids but unfortunately this will be an adults-only event with the exception of those children taking part in our ceremony. We thank you for your understanding.

Where can we Find Parking?

Answer

- The Venue has parking located North of the building off Acacia Ave. The Venue also allows parking on the dirt yard next to the parking area. - You are allowed to leave your car overnight as it is technically public parking. With that said, the Venue will not be responsible for any theft or damage to your vehicle. If you plan to park over night, it will be at your own discretion.

Where can we find the venue entrance?

Answer

You will have the option of two entrances at the venue. The first entrance is located off California Street, near the reserved parking and the building's main walkway. The second entrance is located west of the venue right by the parking area. Signs will be set up to assist you when approaching the venue.

When does the Ceremony Start?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3pm with cocktail hour taking place right after the ceremony ends. The couple and its brigade will exit for photos at another location.

How early do I need to be there?

Answer

We suggest that guests arrive 20-30mins before the start of the ceremony to find parking, use the facilities and pick their seats.

Different locations for the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

No, both the Ceremony and Reception will be held at the same location. So no need to worry about where to go after. Once the Ceremony is over guests can make their way up the stairs toward the main entrance for cocktail hour and back down for the reception.

Will there be a traditional Mexican money dance?

Answer

Yes, we will be having a Mexican money dance. Therefore, bring some cash so you can have your special moment with both the bride and groom individually. Any amount is appreciated during the dance, pins will be provided.

Will you have any Activities planned for guests?

Answer

We will have cocktail party games that will be available throughout the rest of the reception. Additionally, a jumper and Mechanical Bull will be present for even more fun. Lastly, we will have a Soul Train dance line later into the night so make sure to bring your dance moves.

Will there be the traditional "Send Off"?

Answer

No, there will not be a "Send Off". The couple will be celebrating to the end of the Wedding to enjoy every minute of your company and to help put things away afterwards.

Building Access?

Answer

The south outdoor side of the building is open to our guests. However, within the Venue/Building, only the restrooms are open to our guests. The rest of the building is off-limits except for our vendors.

Restroom Are Located where?

Answer

Restrooms will be found inside the venue. Once you enter the building, make a right turn and go down the hall. They will be off to the right hand side. Signs will be set up to assist.
