6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Western Attire: Ladies, think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates. Gents, opt for dress slacks with a blazer, or a nice suit (tie optional). Cowboy boots welcome. Indian Attire: Ladies can choose a cocktail-length anarkali, saree, or a lehenga. Gentlemen, a kurta or bandhgala works perfectly. Feel free to bring your shiny Sangeet attire if that's your energy for the night!
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Whatever you're already wearing to cocktail hour!
We like to do things backwards around here, so we're doing our reception before the wedding. There will be food, drinks, and dancing. You might even see a performance or two!
7:00 am - 9:00 am
Grab and go South Indian breakfast before the ceremony.
10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Join us for our hybrid Indian wedding ceremony.
Indian Attire: Ladies, bright sarees or anarkalis are perfect for a morning ceremony – think festive colors like yellow, orange, pink, or green. Gentlemen, a light kurta pajama set or a classic veshti-sattai will keep you comfortable in the Texas sun. Western Attire: For ladies, bright morning-appropriate dresses in lightweight fabrics work great – think tea-length or maxi dresses in bright colors or floral prints. Gentlemen, slacks and a light button-down shirt (jacket optional) will keep you comfortable while looking sharp. Since it's outdoors in the morning, consider bringing sunglasses!
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
No costume changes are in order!
A traditional South Indian lunch will immediately follow the ceremony.
