Welcome Picnic

If you are arriving to Charlottesville early, kick off the weekend with us with a welcome party picnic-style! We will have blankets for seating and serve refreshments and sandwiches. Expect lawn games, food trucks, and incredible Blue Ridge mountain views. We can't wait to see you there! Please note that this event will be outside, if there is inclement weather, we will update you on a rain plan. King Family Vineyards has a large parking lot available on site.

We will provide transportation to and from the venue for all guests, whether or not you are staying at The Draftsman Hotel, The Graduate Hotel, or The Courtyard Marriott Hotel. Please be ready for pick-up outside any of these hotels at 4:45p.m. Buses will depart at 5pm. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
