Palatine Park
This doesn't seem like the prettiest sight to see but it's beautiful at night, on the docks, while the bridge is all lit up! This location is actually where we officially started dating AND where we shared our first kiss.. so it will always hold a special place in our hearts.
Tygart Valley Cinemas
This is honestly our favorite place to go for date night. We love love love going to a movie together and this theatre has great prices and so many options of showings each week. If you want to experience a typical date for us, go here!
The Joe
This is one of our favorite places to go get coffee or food in Fairmont. If you have time, check it out! If they have them, try their jalapeño bagel or biker tacos, they're so good!
Valley Falls State Park
This is one of our favorite places to hike. We've been here countless times and never leave disappointed. If you're adventurous, we recommend you go explore it!
Trinity Assembly of God
Want to attend church the next morning? Trinity Assembly of God is where we go and we absolutely love it! The people, sermon, and worship are all wonderful here. They also have a cafe open before service if you want to buy a coffee or treat! Service starts at 10:30am.
Fairmont State University
Take a drive and/or a walk on our campus! This is where we met and where the foundation of our relationship was laid. So thankful for our amazing friends who are now like family that we met here. We couldn't have picked a better place to go to school.
McAteer's Restaurant
We so enjoy going on breakfast or lunch dates here. Super sweet people and great food! (Heads up! They are a cash only restaurant.)
Meadowbrook Mall
Not sure how many shopaholics are out there but this one is for you! If you need to get some shopping done, check out the Meadowbrook Mall. This is a sweet location for us because it's where the engagement ring was purchased!
