Question

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place directly outside, by the reception building. The reception will be inside the clubhouse, upstairs.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will go take photos for about an hour while guests can make their way inside to enjoy some lite snacks and beverages to await their arrival.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Take exit 115 from I-79 and you'll drive to Bel Meadows Golf Course on the left hand side of the road. (Address is on the "schedule" page.)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30-45 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Bel Meadows has a large parking lot on site where you are welcomed to part, free of charge.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event, besides the children of family and close friends, due to limited space at our venue. We appreciate your consideration.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is September 20th. You can complete it right here on our website under the RSVP tab or mail the paper option back shortly after receiving it.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at both Amazon and Target. The links to those registries are also on this website, under the registry tab!

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

We ask that you please do not take home any of the decor as a lot of money and hard work was put into them and we would like to reuse some of them in our home. However, you are more than welcome to take home a "Thank You" card from your table and a wedding favor when you depart.

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate with you and host you for dinner, non-alcoholic drinks will be available at the reception for our guests' enjoyment.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you don't have your phone out taking photos during the ceremony. We promise our photographer and videographer will do a wonderful job of capturing the special moments during our ceremony.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes we do, but we have a limited number of rooms so book yours before September 20th! (See Travel tab for hotel details.)
