Yes! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Our dress code is Black Tie for our wedding day. Ladies can wear floor-length gowns, floor-length formal dresses, or formal Dirndl. Gentlemen can wear tuxedos/smoking (any colour), formal tracht, or black suit with bow-tie. Ladies, note that Black Tie doesn't mean black dress - get creative! Save the black for funerals and come dressed to impress! For reference/inspiration: https://www.pinterest.com/barbaraemma_/guest-to-impress/ No tea-length/midi dresses, other coloured suits, slacks, jeans, short sleeves, sneakers, white/cream/ivory/eggshell dresses, or the colour red, please!
If you have a plus one listed on your invite, then yes! You'll be able to list their name when you RSVP. Otherwise, whoever is listed on the invitation is who is invited. Extra people who are not specifically RSVP'd plus ones will not be accommodated.
Children are not allowed to attend to the wedding or the reception. If you are planning on traveling with your children, please note you will be responsible for finding childcare for the day of the wedding.
The ceremony begins promptly at 1:30pm. Please arrive no later than 15 mins prior.
Since we are having a traditional Catholic wedding ceremony, we ask that you respect the church and aim to be present in the moment by not taking your phone out. We want you to be in the moment with us!
The last shuttle will leave the venue and head back to Eugendorf at 3am.
If you're planning on driving into town from Munich or Vienna, then yes 100%. If you're flying directly into Salzburg, a rental is not necessary, as Taxi's are readily available and drivers speak English. The hotels will be able to call taxi's for you if you are wanting to go in and out of the city on your own schedule!
Separate from attending the best wedding of all time, take a look at our "Things to Do" page and you'll get a couple ideas!
We will have a selection of meat, fish, or vegetarian. You will be able to choose your dinner selection on the night of. Dietary restrictions can be noted when you RSVP.
