Is the wedding still happening?

Answer

Yes, but on a new date. Please save 8/8/21 to celebrate with us!

What about COVID?

Answer

The entire ceremony and reception will be outdoors, and the venue is large enough to socially distance. Bailey and Allie are fully vaccinated, as are a majority of the guests. Beginning June 15, masks will no longer be mandated in California.

What time do I need to be at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony is starting at 3:00pm, so please arrive by 2:30pm to allow time to park, walk to the ceremony site, and pick a seat!

What is the parking situation?

The venue has free on-site parking.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire wedding will be outdoors.

Will I have to travel between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Only about 10 feet. The ceremony and reception are at the same venue.

Can we take photos?

Answer

We definitely encourage photos during the reception, but ask that you kindly refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

Semi-formal.

Is the wedding kid-friendly?

Answer

Although we did invite some small children, there will be no babysitter on site and no activities for young ones. Additionally, there is a swimming pool in the reception area and lots of wilderness, so please expect to watch your children closely.

Do I need to specify what I want to eat?

Answer

We are serving a buffet with multiple options, so there's no need to tell us your preferred dish. However, special dietary needs can be described in the RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no scheduled transportation, but please use our car rental discount in the Travel section.

What shoes are best for the terrain?

Answer

You will be walking on dirt, cobblestone, grass, and pavement. Use your best judgement.

Will there be any name changes after the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Allie will take the last name Cole.
