A continuous shuttle will run from the Embassy Suites to Dinosaur Bar-B-Que and back again beginning at 6 PM.

Shuttle from the Embassy Suites to the Ceremony

September 21, 2024 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Two shuttles will depart promptly from the Embassy Suites at 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM. We encourage our guests to consider using the earlier shuttle and arrive in the lobby at least five minutes before the shuttle's scheduled departure time.

This is the venue for our reception, and also the site of our hotel room block. Please click the link to make reservations! We recommend making reservations as soon as possible, but no later than August 20th.

Flight

Syracuse Hancock International Airport

Syracuse is the most accessible airport to our ceremony and reception venues. The Embassy Suites also offers a free shuttle from the airport for guests! The airport is served by all major airlines including Delta, American, United, Jet Blue, and even Frontier, Allegiant and Breeze airways.

Train

Amtrak

Amtrak is also available for guests traveling to/from the DC, NYC or Boston areas. Trains arrive at the Syracuse Regional Transportation Center, and a free shuttle is available to the Embassy Suites.
