One of the largest malls in the United States. If you need to kill a few hours, escape a rainy day, or catch a new release, this is the place to do it! A walkway directly links the Embassy Suites to the mall. A Stay and Play card can be obtained from the front desk for discounts at various retailers.
Syracuse Mets
Minor league baseball! The Mets are in town our wedding weekend, and are always a blast to watch. The bride's family have been season ticket holders for almost two decades. Contact the bride about free tickets if you'd like to catch a game :)
Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls is certainly a highlight! Located about 2.5 hours driving from our wedding location. You could also consider flying into or out of Buffalo if you are interested in seeing this historic landmark. Pro Tip: The Canadian side is better, so bring your passports
Rosamond Gifford Zoo
A really great local zoo and fun for all ages. Also home to adorable baby elephant twins!
Beak & Skiff Apple Hill Campus / 1911 Tasting Room
September in upstate New York means apple season, and there is nowhere better to enjoy it than Beak & Skiff. Pick apples, eat apple fritters, or sample their delicious 1911 hard apple cider!
Green Lakes State Park
If you need to get away from it all and enjoy some fresh air, Green Lakes is the place to be. Known for it's beautiful green water, the park features an easy hiking trail and scenic views.
