Denver International Airport

The best airport to fly into will be Denver International Airport. Rental cars are probably the best option to get to the hotels, but there are some bus option from the airport as well. We are working to see if we can get group rates for rental cars and will post here once we figure that out.

This is the more expensive option out of our two hotels for those that would like a bit more luxurious stay for the weekend. Shuttle

Eight Black Airport Shuttle

October 27, 2023 4:00 am - 11:30 pm

Eight Black Shuttles will run from DIA to custom drop off locations in Boulder and Longmont (including our hotels). They leave DIA every hour starting at 4:10am, running through 11:30pm. They are available to schedule for return trips from the hotel as well. We are able to provide a slight discounted rate for the shuttle if you use the following link: https://eightblackairportshuttle.com/events/bunce-roth-wedding/. If a larger group would like to coordinate to take the shuttle together, a private shuttle may be more economical. With a group of 8-13, a private shuttle will likely be cheaper than the general shared ride shuttle. A private shuttle can be reserved at https://eightblackairportshuttle.com/.

Rental Car

Avis

We were able to secure a group discount code at Avis car rental for anyone that would like to use it. Please feel free to secure your own car rental if it is easier, as booking with this code doesn't help us at all. We just wanted to help people get cheaper rates if possible. Shuttle

Shuttle from block hotels to venue

We have set up a shuttle to help our guests who don't want to worry about driving back after the reception. The shuttle will pick up in the parking lot of the Springhill Suites at 3 pm to leave for the ceremony, and there will be one return shuttle at 10:15 pm to take guests back to the hotel.
