Kindly RSVP by July 1, 2025 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by the specified date, we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as 'not attending'.
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at the Terrace at Tibbs Run. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather depending) and the reception will be held indoors at the Terrace.
Yes, parking is available at the Terrace. However, it is limited spacing. We suggest considering Uber or Lyft, especially if you plan on consuming alcohol.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m., please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to that time to allow time for parking and finding a seat.
We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we kindly ask that you put your phone away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We are more than happy for you to take photos and videos once the ceremony is over.
Our dress code is semi-formal. It's a day to dress up and wear your best outfit! We just request that you don't wear white.
Only names that were stated on the invitation are to attend. If you have been allotted a plus one, you will see "guest" or guest's name on your invitation. We kindly ask that you do not bring a guest if they are not on your invitation.
If ‘guest’ appears on your invitation and you would like to bring someone, please let Jamie or Austin know their name so we can add them to the list.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers. We will only be able to invite the children of our immediate family.
Absolutely! Please let us know ahead of time so we can pass the information along to our caterer!
Yes, a shuttle will be provided to those staying at our hotel block at the Holiday Inn. They will make at least two trips to and from the venue depending on the amount of guests staying at the block.
