Welcome Picnic

4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Casual—we recommend dressing for the Florida weather since this event is outdoors!

4Rivers is catering a sweet picnic just for all of our out-of-town friends and family! Please RSVP so we know how many people to order for and if there are any dietary restrictions we can accommodate.

The Wedding

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Please be comfortable for an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception—think Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual or "Garden Party Chic" (no jackets required!)

Plan on arriving around 3 p.m., the ceremony will start at 3:30 p.m. sharp! Afterwards, we will have an open bar cocktail hour to keep everyone entertained while we get the obligatory photos. When that's all wrapped up, it'll be reception, dinner and party time upstairs in the big auditorium starting at 5:30 p.m. and going until 10 that night! Note: Every part of our wedding, from walking down the aisle to staging our getaway will take place at this one lovely venue. For your convenience, on-site parking will be available.
