Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you're reading this, that means you received our Save the Date! Our formal invitations will be sent at a later date. Please check your formal invitation for your +1!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 7 at our Wedding Ceremony on June 20, 2025. But! Children are welcome, but not mandatory, to our Reception on June 21, 2025. It is totally your call as to whether you would like to bring your little ones or enjoy a night off of parenting instead.

Question

What will the weather be like in San Francisco?

Answer

The best way to prepare for your visit is to pack clothing that can be layered. You will find it's cool in the morning, warmer in the afternoons, and then cool again in the evening. It's also cooler along the ocean shore than it is in the heart of the city. At times, the temperature can vary by 5 to 10 degrees depending which neighborhood you're in, so it's good to plan ahead. The highs are in the mid-60s to low-70s with some wind. The sun is typically shining daily after the fog burns off around mid-morning. If the fog doesn't burn off by 2/3pm, it will most likely be your classic SF foggy day. In the evenings, the temperatures dip down into the mid-to-high 50s. The wind will continue to blow into the evening but tends to settle down as the evening wears on.

Question

What will the weather be like in Healdsburg?

Answer

Healdsburg is part of Northern California's wine country. It is warm and sunny with average highs between 85° and 95° with lows between 55° and 65°.

Question

What is a Post Toast?

Answer

Our Post Toast is to celebrate us as officially being Mr. & Mrs. Fish! The Post Toast will be a low key post-ceremony celebration. Come, eat light bites, have a drink on us, and ease into the next day's wedding festivities at the reception.

Question

Why is the ceremony and reception on different days?

Answer

Of course you're invited to attend both our ceremony and reception! However, we understand the two-day event may be a difficult commitment. If you are unable to attend both days, we recommend prioritizing the reception.

Question

What is the attire for the wedding ceremony / post toast?

Answer

The attire for the wedding ceremony & post toast will be semi-formal/cocktail.

Question

What is the attire for the reception?

Answer

The attire for our next day reception is casual. We highly recommend light linens (it will be hot!), summer dresses, Hawaiian shirts, sandals, etc. Come as you are and be comfortable! Please note that there will be a swimming pool, so we encourage you to bring your bathing suit & towel to take a dip in the pool or to just lay in the sun! For those who may be confident that they will not go for a swim—pack a bathing suit, anyway!

Question

What will be served at the reception?

Answer

Mexican cuisine will be served.

Question

A Note on Gifts

Answer

Your presence at our reception is truly a gift enough; however, should you insist on celebrating us with a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be warmly received.
