Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have secured a shuttle for transport to and from the Quality Inn in Estes Park to the venue. This service is available for anyone regardless of whether you chose to book at the Quality Inn or elsewhere, should you wish to use it. The maximum capacity of the shuttle is 24 passengers/trip, so we recommend not waiting for the last available shuttle! The shuttle will depart from the Quality Inn at the following times: 3:00 PM 3:45 PM The shuttle will depart from Della Terra after the ceremony at the following times: 7:30 PM 8:30 PM 9:30 PM 10:30 PM 11:30 PM

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know if you are planning on bringing kids so that we can be sure they have been properly counted in the correct age range for catering needs. Per the venue, Children MUST be supervised at all times and may not be on the lodging side of the chateau. There is no babysitting allowed in the chateau lodging suites. Please be aware for those that are unfamiliar with the area that the venue sits at nearly 8,000' above sea level. While most are fine at that elevation, children (and adults!) with respiratory or cardiac conditions may increase their risk of adverse medical events. Should you have any concerns, please consult with your physician.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Check the "Travel" page for the latest hotel block information. ***Be aware that hotels book FAST in Estes Park, so we recommend booking as soon as you've decided that you're coming!***

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking! When you arrive at Della Terra, the transportation staff will instruct you where to park. They will also be running around with golf carts, if needed, to help those who need additional assistance. Should you have a bit too much to drink, the venue allows you to leave your vehicle there overnight.

There is a spot on the RSVP form to let us know so that we can pass your allergy along to the caterer.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We are working on putting a small registry together, and will update the website closer to the wedding. Because we are currently living in Arkansas and would have to transport items back, we ask that no gifts be brought to the venue (cards are okay).
