Flight
MCO (Orlando) is the closest airport to our wedding location, but TPA (Tampa) and SFB (Orlando Sanford) are options as well.
Travel Note
If you fly into MCO, you can either take The Sunshine Flyer, a Mears taxi, an Uber/Lyft, or rent a car. It is approximately 30 minutes to the Disney area when taking the tolls roads. If you fly into TPA or SFB, you will likely have to rent a car (or you can take an Uber/Lyft from SFB but it may be on the expensive side). TPA is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away (without traffic) and SFB is approximately 1 hour away. See our FAQs page for more details.
Travel Note
We do not have a room block for our wedding. However, there are many options for hotels in the surrounding area (both Disney and non-Disney)! The following are resorts within walking distance of the venue (see more information below on these resorts): - The Swan Reserve (our venue) - The Swan and Dolphin (Marriot hotels that are adjacent to the Swan Reserve and are the closest to the Swan Reserve) - The Beach and Yacht Club (Disney hotels are are within walking distance to the Swan Reserve but further away compared to the Swan and Dolphin) - The Boardwalk (a Disney hotel that is within walking distance to the Swan Reserve but further away compared to the Swan and Dolphin) The following are cheaper Disney-owned resorts that are a 5-15 minute drive or Uber/Lyft ride: - The Caribbean Beach Resort (a moderate-valued resort that is also connected to the EPCOT area via the Disney Skyliner; however, a Uber/Lyft is recommended and will likely be required after the ceremony as the Skyliner will likely be closed) - Art of Animation (a value-valued resort that is also connected to the EPCOT area via the Disney Skyliner; however, a Uber/Lyft is recommended and will likely be required after the ceremony as the Skyliner will likely be closed) - All Star Resorts (value-valued resorts that are typically the cheapest on Disney property but require a drive or Uber/Lyft to the venue) Non-Disney Resorts: - The Disney Spring area has many non-Disney resorts that are an approximately 15-minute drive to the venue. We highly recommend staying at the ones on Hotel Plaza Blvd (and avoid the hotels on SR 535) if staying off property as traffic can get extremely bad on SR 535 and I-4. - Flamingo Crossings Area: Flamingo Crossings is a newer area around Disney that is just outside of the West Entrance to Walk Disney World. (It is also where the new DCP Housing is located.) There are a few resorts in that area that are fairly cheap and it is a 10 minute Uber or Lyft ride to the Swan Reserve.

The Swan Reserve, Swan, and Dolphin are Marriott resorts on Disney property. They are not officially Disney resorts, but they receive many of the same perks as a Disney resort.
