Hotel Guest Shuttle Bus

September 23, 2023 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The bus will arrive at the Holiday Inn at 3:00pm and will depart at 3:30pm for pick up of guests at the Best Western. The bus will than depart the Best Western for Rivercrest Farm at 3:45pm. The bus will provide round trip transportation between 8pm and 11pm (1 trip each hour), for the return of guests to each hotel. *PLEASE NOTE THE BUS IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE FOR ALL GUESTS* *Note: The bus will not provide transportation to Rivercrest Farm from the Hampton Inn. The bus will provide return trips from Rivercrest Farm to the Hampton Inn, between 8pm and 11pm, for any guests that wish to leave their car at Rivercrest Farm to be picked up the following day. *Note: Guests may leave their personal vehicles at Rivercrest Farm overnight. Cars can only be picked up on 9/24/2023 between the hours of 8am and 12pm.

Ceremony Shuttle System

The ceremony will be held on a hilltop location at Rivercrest Farm. If you are not taking the Guest Shuttle, please plan to arrive by 4pm (for 4:30pm ceremony start time) for wagon ride and golf cart transportation to the hilltop (handicap accommodations provided). Guests utilizing the shuttle service: the shuttle will arrive at Rivercrest Farm between 4:05-4:10pm to begin wagon ride and golf cart transportation. *Note: Ladies please consider footwear, as the ceremony will be held in a grass field on the hilltop.
