The venue is in a town called Newberg, which is near McMinville and Dundee. It is just under an hour from PDX airport. 
We have blocked some rooms at a discounted rate at Best Western Newberg Inn. Below is the link to book online, and the phone number to call and reserve rooms. We are able to add more rooms if we need more to accommodate everyone we can! This discount is available until August.
