Attire: We want you to be comfortable but this will be the most formal event of the evening. Come as your best and authentic self.
Feel free to come early and explore the beautiful Japanese garden. There are several short trails and loops around the premises to check out before settling in your seat for our ceremony.

Reception

Attire: anything you want, you might want to bring a swimsuit - will depend on lake swimming and kayak conditions. You will be coming from the ceremony so you may want to pack a change of clothing if you'd like to be less formal for the reception.
Pritchard Island Beach is a public beach -- it is a small, neighborhood beach but it is Labor Day weekend so expect to share the space with families from our neighborhood :) Food will be served buffet style with vegetarian and gluten-free options. There will be indoor seating in Pritchard Island Bathhouse as well as picnic-style seating on the lawn. We will have global eats from our neighborhood as well as local musical talent to close out our evening with you. Expect to laugh, dance, talk and drink the night away - and perhaps help us pick up a chair or two at the end of the night and bring it back to our yard to continue the party.

The location is a private residence on the Cedar River in Renton. This is a little bit south of the city so please review the address and plan accordingly :) The event will be outdoors on the deck and hanging by the river.
