Are kids invited?

This is a family event! Everyone is welcome, and we really hope this resort is the perfect fit for the whole family.

Is there transportation to/from airport to the resort?

Answer

If four Turquoise nights are booked, free shuttle is provided to/from airport (to arrange contact rosario.gonzalez@hyatt.com, ivan.gomez@hyatt.com). Private roundtrip shuttle is also available for $50 and they greet you with a personalized sign: https://www.cancun-airport.net/

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, feel free to relax.

Can I stay at a different resort?

Answer

Yes, feel free to stay at another resort. Unfortunately there is a $150 hotel fee to attend the wedding for outside guests. Did we mention Hyatt Ziva is all-you-can-eat, all-you-can-drink? We just hope you can join us, even if that means staying at another resort.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, you will absolutely need a valid passport. The Becky Block UPS Store is equipped to take passport photos. Keep in mind passport processing generally takes four to six weeks.

What should I bring?

Answer

Hyatt Ziva is all-inclusive, including gratuity. The only things we recommend you bring is yourself, your family, your passport, bathing suit, cocktail attire, sunscreen, and a camera to capture the memories!
