Welcome Gathering

4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

We'll be gathering at the pool, so come ready to swim or just ready to hang out - either way, it's casual!

We'll be providing some light snacks, and there will be a cash bar available. We'll wrap around 6:30 so folks can venture into downtown Mount Dora for dinner and evening revelry!

Wedding

5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Dress to Impress! We ask that guests come in elevated cocktail or formal attire. For the ladies, this could be a floor-length or midi dress, a fancier cocktail dress, or dressy separates. Gents, a lightweight suit is recommended. Vintage flair optional ;)

While most of the evening will be in air-conditioned interiors, dinner will be served outdoors in a tented courtyard.

Non-Hosted Farewell Breakfast

8:00 am - 10:15 am

The hotel serves breakfast in the Beauclaire from 8:00-10:15am. James and Arielle will be in the restaurant for the full duration to bid farewell to any guests who should like to come have breakfast on their own on their way out. Please make a breakfast reservation directly with the Inn. Walk-ins are allowed but reservations are recommended. Please note: this is a non-hosted event and while RSVP is appreciated to give the hotel a heads up, it is not required!
