Rehearsal Dinner
4:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
We want to kick off the celebration with all of our guests that make it into town early. Come enjoy the spectacular rooftop view of Sky Bar located on top of Castiglia's Italian Restaurant with us. Small bites and meals will be available for purchase, but drinks on us for the first 2 hours.

Hotel Shuttle Service
2:00 pm - 11:30 pm
An executive shuttle will make trips to and from the hotels listed under travel to the ceremony. After the reception the shuttle service will resume and return you to your hotel. If you think you might want to take advantage of the shuttle please RSVP you are attending, so we can have an accurate head count to create a schedule for the various hotels. The final schedule with pick up locations and times will be in your hotel rooms. Please provide the name of your hotel when you RSVP. If you have not booked your hotel yet please still RSVP for the shuttle, you can always come back and edit your RSVP to add the hotel name or to remove yourself from the shuttle list.
Welcome Event

Semi-Formal/Garden Attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and sundresses.
There will be outdoor activities and games, as well as light bites in addition to cocktails. Can't wait to see you there.
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Please join us by the lake as we exchange vows in front of some of our most loved family and friends in an unplugged ceremony. Don't worry we will take a moment for you to pull out your phone and snap a photo before we leave the alter.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
While photographs are being taken please continue to enjoy the backyard games and cocktails on the outdoor patio or by the lake.
Reception
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We invited you here to celebrate, so grab a drink, make some new friends and meet us on the dance floor. If you do get hungry at some point, find a food station and create a plate of your choosing from the following options: House & Cesar Salad Lamb Chops & Jerk Chicken Blackened Shrimp & Krack N Cheese Cups (seafood mac and cheese) Spinach Alfredo Pasta & Krack N Cheese Cups (regular mac and cheese) Asparagus
