Lewis and Annie enjoy spending most of their free time on Wrightsville Beach. There is a wedding block at a beachfront hotel, the Blockade Runner (linked). 1-2 rooms remain as I edit this!
There are other Airbnbs, VRBOs, and many local renting agencies. There is also a room block at the Hilton "Hampton Inn and Suites - Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach", which will likely be the most affordable option (linked).
Most of the wedding events are happening in and around the downtown Wilmington area which is 20 minutes from Wrightsville Beach. Downtown Wilmington has many charming, historic bed and breakfasts with proper hotel service. The Ballast hotel is a large boutique hotel in the Hilton family, located on the riverfront.
Wilmington has a local airport, ILM, for those traveling from a greater distance.
We do suggest that you book early! We have already heard of four other weddings in the Wilmington area the same weekend!
