Tim met Josh in 7th grade. Annie met Sam in 8th grade. Josh and Sam met in college at K-State. Tim was living with Josh and Sam, when he decided to move to Chicago. Annie took his spot in the apartment. Tim promptly moved back two months later and asked Annie out. The rest is history. TL;DR: Tim moved out of an apartment. Annie moved in. Tim never really left.

Tim popped the question while we were enjoying an evening at one of our favorite places in the Crossroads - Extra Virgin. Although Annie had helped select the ring and knew it was coming, Tim's proposal was a total surprise. We celebrated with a cocktail at Manifesto, the site of our first date. But the biggest surprise for Annie was still next. Tim arranged for some of our closest friends and family to gather at Boulevard, including seven of Annie's best gals, who'd flown in from across the country.
