Katie and Belle were introduced by their mothers after an elementary school basketball game and the rest is history. Urban legend claims they may even be distant cousins, but the bloodlines are murky at best. Katie keeps tabs on all things Davenport and makes sure that Belle is up-to-date on the hippest restaurants, trendiest bars, and juiciest gossip.
Tina Mumm

Tina and Belle met during the first week of their Freshman year at Burge Residence Hall at the University of Iowa. Tina moved to San Diego shortly after graduation and encouraged Belle for years to wise up and move West. She rolled out the welcome mat when Belle finally arrived, temporarily housing her, showing her the SoCal ropes, and introducing her around town. She and Sean became fast friends in recent years, sharing a mutual love for Ocean Beach and Western wear.
Pancho

Pancho is the self-proclaimed President of the Neighborhood Watch, Chief of the Noise Police, and enforcer of all smells, sounds, and behaviors he deems unsavory. He is all swagger all the time, but can be easily distracted away from his post by a warm lap or the smell of chicken. Pancho is short for Francisco, a great name for best men.

In Memoriam Juan was indeed the absolute best man, and his giant smile radiates down on us as he croons a Redemption Song.

Theodore is Sean's nephew and, at two years old, he is already quite the handsome gentleman. Theo has brains to match his charm, moonlighting as a train conductor, aircraft mechanic, and literary expert.
Ruben Sawyer

An avid outdoorsman and Belle's first nephew, Ruben loves mini golf, soccer, canoeing, and mowing the lawn! He is reading now, and available to help others who are struggling to sound out words.

Iris loves all things pink and is looking forward to twirling in her flower girl dress. But don't be fooled by her color and clothing preferences, she is tough as nails and is never afraid to roll up her sleeves and get dirty.
Geoff Macalister
Father of the Bride
Geoff is the go-to-guy for painfully bad jokes, step-by-step instructions for replacing your head gasket, and a mouthwatering recipe for fall-off-the-bone ribs. Hailing from The Land Down Under, he was blessed first with three older sisters, and later with three strong-willed daughters, his favorite of whom he will be walking down the aisle.

She can't resist a good sale, a competitive game of cards, and an opportunity for travel and adventure. Her laughter and smile are infectious, and if vous parlez Français, you have a new friend for life!
David Carver
Father of the Groom
David grew up in the mountains of western North Carolina, and made brief stops in Florida and California, before landing in Dallas, where he and Beth raised their two native-Texan sons. He's now returned to his Carolina roots, where he brandishes his knowledge as the family's local historian. He keeps his video production skills sharp at the church, roots for his beloved Gators, and enjoys meandering through the mountains with their dog, Max.
Beth Carver
Mother of the Groom
A proud mother and grandmother, Beth ensures all the men in her life stay in peak health condition with proper vitamins and other natural remedies. She is fond of the flora and fauna in the mountains, but always keeps her bear horn within reach for unexpected visitors. While her career focus is in CVAC Therapy at her 8th Element clinic in Asheville, Beth is also a card shark, content with a glass of vino in hand.
