Question

What if there are no more rooms left in your hotel block?

Answer

We were unfortunately only able to reserve a certain amount of rooms for each block. If there are no rooms left, please just book directly through the hotel website. I am showing that some of the hotels in the area including the Vanderbilt offer discounts through AAA.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invitations will go out in the mail a few months prior to the event. If you know that you will not be able to attend prior to sending in your RSVP, please let us know after you receive your save the date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Though we love your children, the wedding events will be adults only.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation from the hotels to the ceremony as the ceremony will occur at one of the hotel blocks and La Concha is less than 5 minutes away.

Can I bring a date?

Your save the date will be addressed to you and a guest if you can bring a date.

When should I arrive to Puerto Rico?

Answer

A lot of guests that we have spoken to are planning to arrive on either Thursday or Friday and will plan to stay until Sunday or Monday.
