Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Dress Code: White Party

Please join us for casual food, drinks, music, and dancing from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Our welcome celebration will be hosted for out of town guests at the Marena pool in La Concha resort. We will be serving light bites and drinks from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM. After the party finishes, we can continue the celebration in the lobby of La Concha where they will have a DJ playing until 2 AM. If you are feeling lucky, you can also check out the casino which can also be accessed through the lobby of the hotel. This will be a white party. Men can wear khaki colors for pants with a white top if they do not own any white bottoms. Though we love your children dearly, this will be an adults only event.

Wedding

Black-Tie: floor-length gowns, tuxes or suits with neckties or bowties.

Our ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM (please arrive at 4:30 PM) at the Vanderbilt Hotel followed by cocktail hour and the reception. The Vanderbilt is only a 3 minute walk from La Concha so please feel free to book either hotel for the weekend. The ceremony will take place outdoors and the cocktail hour / reception will take place indoors. Though we love your children dearly, this will be an adults only event.
