Yampa Valley Regional Airport

Yampa Valley Regional Airport (Hayden HDN) is about a 30 minute drive to downtown Steamboat Springs. A list of transportation options are listed on the airport website. Major airlines include Southwest and United Airlines. The best option is a flight into Denver International (DEN) and then a connecting flight from DEN to HDN.

The scenic drive from DEN to Steamboat Springs is approximately 3 hours if you opt for this route instead of a connecting flight directly into Steamboat . There are options to rent a car from the number of rental agencies at the airport, but if you do not want to rent a car, you can book a shuttle to Steamboat Springs through the airport website or through "Go Alpine Shuttles".

*Book hotel accommodations as soon as possible. The Steamboat Grand features guest rooms in a variety of sizes and styles. Choose from a Double Queen or King room, a Studio, one, two & three bedroom condominiums and eight luxurious penthouses. We suggest booking a penthouse if you would like to share with family or friends! The three bedroom condos and penthouses have a 3 night minimum. Each room features a full kitchen, and there are public transit buses running every 30 minutes into the town of Steamboat. Guests may cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival with a $25.00 cancellation fee. Please use the provided link to reserve your room. (Choose VIEW to access the hotel website booking link.) Guests can also call their reservations department at 1-877-269-2628 and refer to the group name to book over the phone (DeNardo/Latinovich Wedding). Go Alpine Shuttle Service from Denver/Steamboat Airports to Hotel

We suggest booking this shuttle as soon as possible after booking your flights for transportation between the Denver or Steamboat airports and your hotel if desired. Please inquire with Go Alpine reservations personnel or visit the website provided for booking details, information, and actual rates. Estimated rates and phone number are provided below. Go Alpine Reservations: 1-970-879-2800 Round trip cost from Hayden Steamboat Springs Airport to The Steamboat Grand Hotel: $42.18 one-way, $66.60 round -rip. Children 12 and under: $33.30 round-trip. Estimated one-way cost from Denver International airport to the hotel in Steamboat: $108 one-way for an adult. $55 one way for children 12 and under.

Welcome Party Shuttle

June 24, 2022 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Transportation will be provided by "Mountain View Transportation" to and from the Bella Vista Estate for our welcome party for all wedding guests attending on Friday evening. The 56-person motorcoach will be picking up at the Transit Depot, located directly behind The Steamboat Grand hotel and in front of the Gondola Transit Center. The first of two pickups will be at 5:00 PM on 6/24/2022 at the Transit Depot for the welcome party, and the second pickup will be at 5:30 PM at the Transit Depot. Please plan to be at the Transit Depot waiting for the motorcoach along the curb about 5 minutes prior to the respective pickup time to ensure timely departures. The Transit Depot is only a 1-2 minute walk from any entry/exit point of the Steamboat Grand, and a map will be provided upon hotel check-in. There is one 56-person motorcoach that will be making the trips to and from the Transit Depot and the venue. The driver can make additional trips as needed to transport any remaining guests to Bella Vista for the welcome party after the scheduled pickup times. Return trips from Bella Vista back to the Transit Depot will begin around 9:00 PM with the last return trip departing at 10 PM from Bella Vista. *No guests are permitted to drive to the venue on Friday night or Saturday for the wedding.

Wedding Day Shuttle

June 25, 2022 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Transportation will be provided by "Mountain View Transportation" to and from the Bella Vista Estate. The first of two motorcoach pickups will begin at 2:30 PM, and the second pickup will be at 3:00 PM to ensure arrival of all guests prior to the 3:30 PM wedding ceremony. The shuttles will be picking up at the Transit Depot, located directly behind The Steamboat Grand hotel and in front of the Gondola Transit Center. The Transit Depot is only a 1-2 minute walk from any entry/exit point of the Steamboat Grand, and a map will be provided upon hotel check-in. There is one 56-person motorcoach that will be making the trips to and from the Transit Depot and the venue. At the end of the evening, departures will begin around 9:30 PM with the last shuttle departing from Bella Vista at 11:00 PM. Early departures from the reception are available upon request as the motorcoach is able to make trips throughout the event as needed. *No guests are permitted to drive to the venue.
