Welcome Party

Casual Attire: Sundresses/jumpsuits with sandals for the women. Light weight pants with button up shirts or polos for the men. Please note that wide heels or wedges work well on the estate lawn. Since this is an outdoor affair, we suggest bringing sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen!
Unwind and enjoy a casual welcome party for all guests taking in the Colorado lifestyle with local, handcrafted pizza and beer as well as wine, live music, and of course, mountain views. Mountain Tap Brewery (our favorite local brewery) will be providing a pizza buffet from their mobile coal fire pizza trailer and will also be serving salad, passed appetizers, and a variety of beer. Dinner and drinks will be served on the estate lawn. Indulge in a cigar on the back patio while taking in views of the Yampa Valley. In addition to Mountain Tap beers, we will be serving the DeNardo's homemade wine along with other soft drinks. Transportation will be provided to and from the welcome party at Bella Vista Estate. The 56-person motorcoach will begin pickups at 5 pm, from the Transportation Center behind The Steamboat Grand, and make a second pickup at 5:30 PM. Ceremony

Semi-Formal Attire: Suits for men and cocktail dresses or gowns for women.
The Ceremony will take place on the estate lawn overlooking The Yampa Valley. Make sure to hydrate at the hydration station upon arrival. Prior to the Ceremony, enjoy specialty drinks including water, Prosecco and Aperol Spritz. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue. The 56-person motorcoach will begin picking up at the Transit Depot behind The Steamboat Grand at 2:30 PM. Please see more detailed shuttle information under the "Travel" section of the site.
Cocktail Hour

Take in the views and the sunshine from the back patio and the estate lawn, while enjoying cocktails and appetizers with a Colorado flair. Celebrate with us and sip on anything you'd like from our full bar including homemade wine, a variety of beer, or select one of Kenton and Angie's favorite signature cocktails including a Whiskey Sour, Manhattan, Moscow Mule, Dirty Martini, Ranch Water, Paloma, and more.
Reception

Formal reception to follow the cocktail hour under the wedding tent on site. The evening will be a unique dining experience featuring all local ingredients with an Italian and Colorado influence. No meal preferences are required as food will be served buffet style at food stations offering choices to accommodate both meat eaters and vegetarians. Please indicate through the online RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions. Transportation will be provided to and from Bella Vista Estate, and will be available throughout the entire event. Please RSVP on the wedding website if you plan to attend the Strawberry Park Hot Springs on Sunday after the wedding. Additionally, individual reservations and payment must be made on https://strawberryhotsprings.com, starting on 5/26/2022. We suggest making your reservation at that time as slots are limited. Please attempt to reserve the noon-2 PM time slot. If you cannot get a reservation, please reach out to Kenton (724-575-0831), and we will accommodate you. Lastly, please plan to arrange transportation for your group to the Hot Springs (e.g. rental car or Uber).
