Massachusetts Avenue / Bottle Works District
Mass Ave is a popular area in downtown Indianapolis with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite places include the Rathskeller Beer Garden, The Eagle (fried chicken), and Bakersfield (tacos and margaritas). Further down on the end of Mass Ave is a new area called the Bottle works district. There is a brand new area called "The Garage" which is a large food hall with many different vendors.
Broad Ripple
This area of Indianapolis is about halfway between Carmel and Downtown Indianapolis. It is close to Butler University and we spent a lot of time here in college. There are tons of great restaurants and bars as well as a great walking trail called Monon trail. If you are looking for a great bagel sandwich for breakfast/lunch, we recommend heading to Bagel Deli. Another great place for brunch is Good Morning Mamas. If the weather is nice, head over to Half Liter to enjoy some BBQ and a beer garden right along the moon trail.
Carmel Arts & Design District
This area of downtown Carmel is very close to our venue and recommended hotels. There are many restaurants and bars, including Sun King Brewery with a great outdoor space.
