6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
We're kicking off the weekend at Rock Bros in Ybor (pronounced ee-bor) where great beer meets great music. There will be an open bar tab and hearty fare from Murph's Barbecue. From there, we'll saunter over to Hotel Haya (where we took our engagement photos!) for a classy cocktail. TRAVEL TIP! If you are staying at the JW Marriott, catch the FREE Northbound TECO streetcar at Station #9 (HSBC) to Station #3 (Streetcar Society). The streetcar runs every 15 minutes until 2:00AM.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
We’re tying the knot at Tampa’s most eclectic venue! Fire Station No. 5, now known as Red Door, was established in 1925 and is located in the heart of Tampa Heights. The Red Door is personally significant to Scott's family. His grandfather, Allan J Sweet, was a Lieutenant for the New York Fire Department. He was born on July 22, 1922 and died on November 14, 1973 in the line of duty. He is honored at the New York State Fallen Firefighters Memorial in Albany, NY. Please arrive at 4:00 PM to mingle, grab a drink, and find your seat!
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Grab a drink, slurp on some oysters, and mix and mingle on the patio for cocktail hour. Then, head inside the historic firehouse for a family-style feast, compliments of SaltBlock Hospitality. After dinner, get ready to cut a rug because the band has some serious energy and enthusiasm.
11:00 am - 1:00 pm
